Introduction
Our client is an AAHA-accredited small animal hospital seeking a full-time Associate Veterinarian to join its team. The hospital offers a diverse general practice caseload and is focused on high-quality medicine, professional development, and providing veterinarians with opportunities to develop their clinical interests within an experienced and supportive environment.

Role Description and Responsibilities
The Associate Veterinarian will provide comprehensive small animal care across wellness and preventative medicine, internal medicine, diagnostics, dentistry and dental radiology, hospitalization, and general and soft tissue surgery. The caseload also provides exposure to ultrasound and advanced imaging, ophthalmology, oncology, reproductive services, geriatric medicine, and intensive care. Doctors typically work three or four days per week with a rotating Saturday and have no on-call responsibilities. Both experienced veterinarians and new graduates are welcome, with dedicated mentorship available to support new graduates as they develop their skills and confidence.

Practice Details
The hospital is open Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM and Saturday from 7:00 AM to 1:00 PM, and is closed on Sundays. The AAHA-accredited facility is equipped with full-body and dental digital radiology, ultrasound, EKG, OFA radiography, an in-house laboratory, an in-house pharmacy, a full surgical suite, and an isolation ward. Services include preventative and primary care, internal medicine, comprehensive diagnostics, dentistry and periodontics, general and soft tissue surgery, routine surgeries, spays and neuters, radiology, ultrasound, ophthalmology, oncology, reproductive services, hospitalization, intensive care, pain management, anesthesia, behavioral and nutritional counseling, and boarding and daycare services. Emergency support is available through a nearby emergency facility.

Team
The hospital has four DVMs alongside an experienced and tenured support team. The environment emphasizes collaboration, mentorship, continued education, and supporting veterinarians in developing their individual clinical interests.

Candidate Requirements 

• Must hold the relevant degree(s) and additional qualifications to work as a veterinarian in the United States of America (USA)
• Must hold, be in the process of, or be able to obtain, a state license for the state they are applying to work in
• Must have the right to work in the United States of America (USA), or be able to obtain the required visa to do so
