Introduction
Our client is an AAHA veterinary hospital seeking an Associate Veterinarian to join their team, offering full-time or part-time opportunities working with dogs and cats in a well-established small animal practice.

Role Description and Responsibilities
The Associate Veterinarian will provide high-quality medical care across a broad range of services including wellness exams, dentistry, surgery, diagnostics, and internal medicine. Daily responsibilities include diagnosing and treating medical conditions, performing surgical procedures from routine to advanced soft tissue cases, delivering comprehensive dental care, and developing tailored treatment plans. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate medical records, communicating effectively with clients, and collaborating closely with the wider team to ensure the highest standard of patient care. This role is open to both experienced veterinarians and new graduates.

Practice Details
This is a full-service small animal hospital with over 30 years of AAHA accreditation, reflecting a strong commitment to high-quality medical, surgical, dental, and therapeutic care. The hospital features a modern, well-equipped facility including digital and dental radiography, ultrasound, in-house laboratory capabilities, and Cornerstone EMR. Facilities include six exam rooms, a multipurpose room, a spacious treatment area with three procedure stations, a two-table surgical suite, dedicated cat and dog wards, an ICU and recovery area with oxygen support, and an isolation ward. Services offered include wellness exams, dental care, surgery, spay and neuter procedures, diagnostics and internal medicine, dermatology, rehabilitation and therapy services, and urgent care. The surgical caseload ranges from routine procedures to advanced soft tissue surgeries, with select orthopedic procedures also performed. The hospital operates Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday from 7:30 am to 7:30 pm, Wednesday and Friday from 7:30 am to 5:30 pm, Saturday from 8:00 am to 12:00 pm, and is closed on Sunday.

The team consists of 6 DVMs supported by a great tenured support team, fostering a collaborative and well-supported working environment.

Candidate Requirements 

• Must hold the relevant degree(s) and additional qualifications to work as a veterinarian in the United States of America (USA)
• Must hold, be in the process of, or be able to obtain, a state license for the state they are applying to work in
• Must have the right to work in the United States of America (USA), or be able to obtain the required visa to do so
