Job Description

Introduction
Our client is a full-service veterinary hospital hiring for an Associate Veterinarian. This small animal practice is dedicated to providing high-quality, compassionate care to pets while fostering strong, long-term relationships with clients and the local community.

Working Hours / Rota
The hospital operates Monday to Friday from 7:30 am to 5:30 pm, Saturday from 8:00 am to 12:00 pm, and is closed on Sunday. The role offers flexibility for either full-time or part-time scheduling.

Role Description and Responsibilities
In this role, you will provide high-quality veterinary care including wellness exams, vaccinations, diagnostics, dentistry, and surgical procedures. You will work closely with clients to deliver individualized care plans and ensure excellent patient outcomes. The position requires a compassionate and team-oriented veterinarian who is committed to clinical excellence and enjoys working in a collaborative environment. The role is suited to experienced veterinarians.

Practice Details
This well-established, full-service veterinary hospital operates from a modern, purpose-built facility designed to support efficiency and high-quality care. The hospital is equipped with digital and dental radiography, a Companion Cold Therapy Laser, a full in-house laboratory from IDEXX including Catalyst One units, Procyte, Sedivue DX, and SNAP readers, as well as advanced surgical monitoring equipment including blood pressure, ECG, temperature, pulse oximetry, and capnography. The facility includes dedicated surgical and dental suites and supports a wide range of services including pet wellness, vaccinations, dental care, surgery, in-house diagnostics, parasite prevention, boarding, microchipping, senior pet care, cold laser therapy, and urgent care. The practice emphasizes a supportive, team-oriented culture with a focus on mentorship, collaboration, and delivering compassionate, high-quality care.

The hospital has 1 DVM supported by a strong and tenured support team, creating a close-knit, collaborative environment focused on teamwork and professional growth.

Candidate Requirements 

• Must hold the relevant degree(s) and additional qualifications to work as a veterinarian in the United States of America (USA)
• Must hold, be in the process of, or be able to obtain, a state license for the state they are applying to work in
• Must have the right to work in the United States of America (USA), or be able to obtain the required visa to do so
