Our client is a hospital in Ventura, CA, seeking a Full-Time Overnight Hospitalist to join their dedicated and highly skilled team. Working Hours / Rota
The hospital is open seven days a week, offering specialty services and 24/7 emergency care. This is a full-time Overnight Hospitalist position, dedicated to providing critical overnight coverage with the support of a skilled emergency and specialty care team.

Role Description and Responsibilities
We are seeking an experienced Overnight Hospitalist to provide compassionate, high-quality care for hospitalized patients during overnight hours. Responsibilities include monitoring and managing inpatient cases, collaborating with specialists and emergency veterinarians, and ensuring continuity of care for patients in critical condition. The role requires a veterinarian skilled in internal medicine, emergency stabilization, and inpatient case management, with a focus on delivering the highest level of medical excellence and compassionate communication with both clients and staff.

Practice Details
The hospital is a 16,000-square-foot specialty and emergency facility equipped with advanced diagnostic and treatment technology. Features include two digital radiology suites, ultrasound, a 64-slice CT scanner, a 1.5T MRI, echocardiography, endoscopy, C-Arm, and comprehensive in-house laboratory services. With specialties in surgery, neurology, cardiology, oncology, and emergency medicine, the hospital offers comprehensive and cutting-edge care under one roof, ensuring patients receive the best possible outcomes.

Candidate Requirements 

• Must hold the relevant degree(s) and additional qualifications to work as a veterinarian in the United States of America (USA)
• Must hold, be in the process of, or be able to obtain, a state license for the state they are applying to work in
• Must have the right to work in the United States of America (USA), or be able to obtain the required visa to do so
