Our client is a well-established animal hospital with an excellent reputation, currently seeking an Associate Veterinarian to join their team on either a full-time or part-time basis. Caring for cats and dogs, the hospital has proudly served the local community since 1998 and has earned an impressive 4.9-star Google rating, reflecting its commitment to high-quality patient care and client service.
Role Description and Responsibilities
This position offers the opportunity to work across a varied general practice caseload, carrying out all the duties expected of a GP veterinarian. Responsibilities include wellness and preventative care, internal medicine, soft tissue surgery, dentistry, diagnostics, and client communication. The practice welcomes applications from both experienced veterinarians and new graduates, making it a great opportunity for those looking to develop their skills within a supportive environment.
Practice Details
The hospital provides a full scope of general practice veterinary services for cats and dogs, while also offering rehabilitation, chiropractic care, and selected orthopedic procedures. Having served the community since 1998, the practice has built a strong reputation for delivering high-quality veterinary care. The hospital is open Monday to Thursday from 7:30am to 5:00pm, Friday and Saturday from 8:00am to 12:00pm, and is closed on Sundays.
Team
The practice is home to a team of six DVMs who are supported by a well-tenured support staff and an experienced Practice Manager, creating a stable and collaborative working environment.
Candidate Requirements
- Must hold the relevant degree(s) and additional qualifications to work as a veterinarian in the United States of America (USA)
- Must hold, be in the process of, or be able to obtain, a state license for the state they are applying to work in
- Must have the right to work in the United States of America (USA), or be able to obtain the required visa to do so
