Job Description

Introduction
Our client is a veterinary practice hiring for an Associate Veterinarian to join their team. The position is open to both full-time and part-time applicants, working exclusively with cats and dogs.

Role Description and Responsibilities
This role involves a full scope of general practice responsibilities alongside some urgent care duties. The successful candidate will be expected to handle a variety of clinical cases including routine and more complex presentations. The position is open to experienced veterinarians only, and doctor hours are open to discussion.

Practice Details
The practice operates Monday to Friday from 7:45 AM to 5:30 PM and is closed on weekends. It is equipped with digital radiography, ultrasound, in-house diagnostics, laser therapy, and modern surgical and dental equipment. The clinic offers a full range of general practice services as well as urgent care, advanced soft tissue and orthopedic surgery, and laser therapy.

Team
The team consists of 2 DVMs supported by a great team of well-trained staff, fostering a collaborative working environment.

Candidate Requirements 

• Must hold the relevant degree(s) and additional qualifications to work as a veterinarian in the United States of America (USA)
• Must hold, be in the process of, or be able to obtain, a state license for the state they are applying to work in
• Must have the right to work in the United States of America (USA), or be able to obtain the required visa to do so
