An AAHA-accredited small animal hospital in Tucson, Arizona is seeking an Associate Veterinarian to join its close-knit, two-doctor team. Working Hours / Rota
This is a full-time position operating Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm, with the hospital closed for lunch between 12:00pm and 1:30pm. The clinic is closed on weekends, allowing for consistent scheduling and a predictable routine that supports work-life balance.

Role Description and Responsibilities
The Associate Veterinarian will provide comprehensive small animal care, including wellness examinations, diagnostics, treatment planning, dentistry, and soft tissue surgery. You will collaborate closely with an experienced support team to ensure efficient case management and a positive client experience. Strong emphasis is placed on client communication and education, with a focus on preventive medicine and long-term patient relationships. The role also offers the opportunity to contribute ideas, participate in hospital growth initiatives, and gradually step into leadership responsibilities for those interested in career progression.

Candidate Requirements 

• Must hold the relevant degree(s) and additional qualifications to work as a veterinarian in the United States of America (USA)
• Must hold, be in the process of, or be able to obtain, a state license for the state they are applying to work in
• Must have the right to work in the United States of America (USA), or be able to obtain the required visa to do so
