Job Description

Introduction
Our client is a small animal hospital in Tucson, AZ, hiring for a veterinarian to join their well-established team. This is a full-service general practice offering a balanced caseload and the opportunity to work in a supportive, well-resourced environment.

Working Hours / Rota
The hospital is open Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., with Saturdays from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. There are no after-hours or on-call responsibilities. The schedule offers flexibility and can be tailored to the candidate’s availability.

Role Description and Responsibilities
The role includes general wellness, diagnostics, dentistry, and surgery, with access to advanced tools to support a high standard of care. The position is open to both experienced veterinarians and new graduates, with mentorship available. The practice emphasizes thorough patient care and strong client relationships.

Practice Details
This Phoenix-based hospital is fully equipped with digital radiography, ultrasound, an in-house lab, and a dedicated surgical suite. The facility provides a clean, modern, and efficient work environment tailored to support a wide range of clinical interests and services.

Team
The veterinary team includes experienced DVMs and a skilled support staff. The culture encourages collaboration, mentorship, and work-life balance, fostering a positive and professional atmosphere.

Candidate Requirements 

• Must hold the relevant degree(s) and additional qualifications to work as a veterinarian in the United States of America (USA)
• Must hold, be in the process of, or be able to obtain, a state license for the state they are applying to work in
• Must have the right to work in the United States of America (USA), or be able to obtain the required visa to do so
