Job Description

Introduction
Our client is a hospital seeking a full-time Associate Veterinarian to join their team, providing care for cats and dogs. This is an excellent opportunity for either an experienced veterinarian or a new graduate looking to develop their skills in a supportive environment.

Role Description and Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for a full scope of GP responsibilities, managing a diverse caseload that includes wellness and preventative care, internal medicine, soft-tissue surgery, dentistry, and some walk-in urgent and emergency situations. Doctor hours are open to discussion, and the practice welcomes applications from both experienced veterinarians and new graduates.

Practice Details
This AAHA-accredited hospital provides a full scope of GP services, including wellness, preventative care, internal medicine, soft-tissue surgery, and dentistry. The practice is equipped with advanced technology, including digital dental radiography, endoscopy, and ultrasound, allowing the team to deliver a high standard of patient care. The hospital sees a varied caseload and operates Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 5:30 pm and Saturday from 8:00 am to 12:00 pm.

Team
The team consists of one DVM supported by a fantastic, collaborative environment.

Candidate Requirements 

• Must hold the relevant degree(s) and additional qualifications to work as a veterinarian in the United States of America (USA)
• Must hold, be in the process of, or be able to obtain, a state license for the state they are applying to work in
• Must have the right to work in the United States of America (USA), or be able to obtain the required visa to do so
