This soon-to-open companion animal hospital in Tempe, Arizona is seeking an Associate Veterinarian to join its founding team. This is an excellent opportunity to help launch a brand-new practice while delivering high-quality medicine in a modern, purpose-built hospital. Whether you’re an experienced veterinarian or looking to continue developing your clinical skills, you’ll be supported by a collaborative team that values autonomy, mentorship, and exceptional patient care.

Role Description and Responsibilities
As an Associate Veterinarian, you’ll provide preventative care, diagnostics, surgery, dentistry, and medical case management while building lasting relationships with clients and their pets. You’ll collaborate with veterinarians, technicians, and support staff to deliver outstanding patient care, contribute to case discussions, and help create a welcoming, team-oriented environment. The role also provides opportunities to expand your clinical interests through mentorship, continuing education, and personalised professional development.

Opening soon, this purpose-built companion animal hospital has been designed to support exceptional veterinary medicine with advanced diagnostic technology, modern facilities, and efficient workflows. Doctors are encouraged to practise with a high level of clinical autonomy while benefiting from a collaborative environment focused on continuous learning, innovation, and outstanding patient outcomes. As one of the hospital’s founding veterinarians, you’ll have the opportunity to help shape the culture and future direction of the practice as it grows within the Tempe community.

Team
The hospital is currently assembling its founding veterinary team and is looking for clinicians who are passionate about collaboration, lifelong learning, and practising high-quality medicine. You’ll work alongside experienced support staff and hospital leadership in an environment dedicated to professional growth, teamwork, and delivering an exceptional experience for every client and patient.

Candidate Requirements 

• Must hold the relevant degree(s) and additional qualifications to work as a veterinarian in the United States of America (USA)
• Must hold, be in the process of, or be able to obtain, a state license for the state they are applying to work in
• Must have the right to work in the United States of America (USA), or be able to obtain the required visa to do so
