A busy small animal hospital in Surprise, Arizona is seeking a Veterinarian to join its established four doctor team. The practice blends general practice and urgent care services within a fast paced but highly supportive clinical environment. The hospital is widely recognized for its exceptional team culture and staff retention, with turnover significantly lower than the industry average. Working Hours / Rota
The hospital operates seven days a week from 7:00am to 9:00pm. Veterinarians work a variety of flexible shifts designed to support work life balance while ensuring patients have extended access to care. The schedule allows doctors to practice urgent care medicine without the need for overnight emergency shifts.

Role Description and Responsibilities
The Veterinarian will provide a combination of general practice and urgent care services including wellness care, diagnostics, dentistry and surgical procedures. Doctors manage both scheduled appointments and same day urgent cases, allowing for a varied and engaging caseload. The role also includes building strong relationships with clients, collaborating with fellow veterinarians and mentoring support staff while maintaining high clinical standards.

Practice Details
This modern veterinary hospital provides comprehensive companion animal care supported by advanced diagnostic and treatment capabilities including CT imaging, ultrasound, digital radiography and regenerative therapies. The practice strongly emphasizes professional development and encourages veterinarians to expand their clinical skill sets through advanced training programs in areas such as surgery, ultrasound and emergency care. Candidate Requirements 

• Must hold the relevant degree(s) and additional qualifications to work as a veterinarian in the United States of America (USA)
• Must hold, be in the process of, or be able to obtain, a state license for the state they are applying to work in
• Must have the right to work in the United States of America (USA), or be able to obtain the required visa to do so
