Introduction
Our client is a veterinary hospital hiring for an Associate Veterinarian. This is a full-service veterinary practice focused on delivering high-quality care in a well-supported environment with access to advanced tools and a collaborative team.

Working Hours / Rota
The role offers flexibility for either full-time or part-time scheduling. Specific hospital opening hours are to be discussed with the practice.

Role Description and Responsibilities
In this role, you will provide comprehensive patient care including performing physical examinations, diagnosing and treating disease, and delivering preventative care tailored to each patient. You will utilize a problem-based approach to develop diagnostic and treatment plans, maintain detailed medical records, and communicate effectively with clients. Clinical responsibilities include performing routine and complex surgical procedures such as spays, neuters, exploratory surgeries, and mass removals, as well as routine and advanced dental procedures including extractions and oral surgery. You will also manage hospitalized patients and coordinate care with referral hospitals when needed. The position is open to both experienced veterinarians and new graduates, with a preference for candidates confident in small animal surgery, and reproduction experience strongly preferred.

The team is supported by advanced equipment, including ultrasound in every hospital, heated hydraulic surgery tables, and digital diagnostic radiography, alongside strong medical leadership and a highly skilled paraprofessional team. Support staff are encouraged to expand their expertise as subject matter experts in areas such as dentistry and nutrition. The practice provides a wide range of services including vaccinations, routine wellness care, flea, tick and heartworm prevention, illness and injury care, imaging, surgery, and dentistry. Candidate Requirements 

• Must hold the relevant degree(s) and additional qualifications to work as a veterinarian in the United States of America (USA)
• Must hold, be in the process of, or be able to obtain, a state license for the state they are applying to work in
• Must have the right to work in the United States of America (USA), or be able to obtain the required visa to do so
