Job Description

Introduction
Our client is a hospital seeking a veterinarian to join their full-service small animal clinic. They are hiring for a Veterinarian to support their busy caseload of dogs and cats. The hospital provides comprehensive veterinary care and has built a strong reputation within the community, serving clients across Stockton and surrounding areas.

Working Hours / Rota
The hospital is open Tuesday through Sunday from 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM and is closed on Mondays. The position is offered on a full-time basis.

Role Description and Responsibilities
The role involves providing a wide range of veterinary services including orthopedic, soft tissue, reconstructive, and oncologic surgery, as well as wellness and preventative care. Responsibilities include performing vaccinations, microchipping, dental care, behavior counselling, check-ups, lab work, diagnostic testing, and supporting a comprehensive online pharmacy. The position is suitable for an experienced veterinarian, and mentorship is available for those seeking to learn and grow.

Practice Details
The hospital features three exam rooms and is clean, organized, and equipped with advanced tools and technologies to manage a variety of cases. The facility supports wellness care, vaccinations, dental care, diagnostics and imaging such as bloodwork, X-rays, and ultrasound, as well as spay and neuter procedures. Candidate Requirements 

• Must hold the relevant degree(s) and additional qualifications to work as a veterinarian in the United States of America (USA)
• Must hold, be in the process of, or be able to obtain, a state license for the state they are applying to work in
• Must have the right to work in the United States of America (USA), or be able to obtain the required visa to do so
