Our client is a full-service small animal hospital seeking an Associate Veterinarian to join their long-standing and community-trusted team. They provide veterinary care for dogs and cats and have been a respected part of the Morgantown community since 1983. Working Hours / Rota
The hospital is open Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., and Saturdays from 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., with Sundays closed. The schedule offers flexibility for full-time or part-time employment, with no additional after-hours responsibilities required beyond the hospital’s stated hours.

Role Description and Responsibilities
This role involves providing high-level veterinary care across wellness and prevention, diagnostics, internal medicine, cardiology, endocrinology, surgical procedures, pain management, laser therapy, and behavior therapy. You will support both routine and urgent medical needs, benefiting from a comprehensive service offering that allows you to manage a wide variety of cases. The role is open to both new graduates and experienced veterinarians, supported by strong clinical resources and a collaborative environment focused on continuous learning and professional development.

Practice Details
The hospital offers full-service small animal medicine with a broad range of capabilities including preventative care, testing and diagnostics, cardiology, endocrinology, internal medicine, surgery, behavior therapy, pain management, and laser therapy. They are also equipped to support urgent care cases, allowing veterinarians to utilize diverse medical and technical skills each day. The practice culture is supportive, education-driven, and designed to help veterinarians develop advanced clinical expertise while maintaining a high standard of patient care.

Team
The practice is home to 3 DVMs, supported by a brilliant and dedicated team of paraprofessionals. The working environment is collaborative, stable, and deeply committed to delivering exceptional care to every patient.

Candidate Requirements 

• Must hold the relevant degree(s) and additional qualifications to work as a veterinarian in the United States of America (USA)
• Must hold, be in the process of, or be able to obtain, a state license for the state they are applying to work in
• Must have the right to work in the United States of America (USA), or be able to obtain the required visa to do so
