Job Description

Introduction
Our client is a hospital seeking an Associate Veterinarian to join their team. This is a full-service small animal practice providing high-quality care to cats and dogs. The role is ideal for both experienced veterinarians and new graduates looking to develop their clinical skills in a supportive environment.

Working Hours / Rota
The hospital is open Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm, and Saturday from 8:00am to 1:00pm, while remaining closed on Sundays. Both full-time and part-time schedules are available, with flexibility to accommodate individual preferences.

Role Description and Responsibilities
The Associate Veterinarian will provide comprehensive general practice care, including wellness exams, preventive medicine, diagnostics, internal medicine, surgery, and dentistry. The role focuses on delivering high-quality patient care while building strong client relationships. Support and mentorship are available for new graduates, while experienced veterinarians will have the autonomy to practice confidently within a collaborative team.

Candidate Requirements 

  • Must hold the relevant degree(s) and additional qualifications to work as a veterinarian in the United States of America (USA)
  • Must hold, be in the process of, or be able to obtain, a state license for the state they are applying to work in
  • Must have the right to work in the United States of America (USA), or be able to obtain the required visa to do so
