Job Description

Introduction
A full-service animal hospital in St. George, Utah is seeking a compassionate Associate Veterinarian to join its dedicated team of four experienced doctors. Known for its high-quality medicine, collaborative culture, and strong client relationships, the practice provides comprehensive care in a supportive environment where mentorship and professional growth are encouraged.

Working Hours / Rota
The hospital is open Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM and is closed on weekends, offering veterinarians a healthy work-life balance. This is a full-time position with no weekend requirements.

Role Description and Responsibilities
The Associate Veterinarian will deliver high-quality care to dogs and cats, including wellness exams, diagnostics, surgery, and dentistry. Responsibilities include educating pet owners, developing treatment plans, and working closely with the medical team to maintain the hospital’s reputation for compassionate, thorough veterinary care.

Practice Details
This modern facility is equipped with advanced medical technology, including digital radiology, laser therapy, platelet-rich plasma (PRP) treatments, and acupuncture. With a focus on collaborative, fear-free care, the practice ensures both patients and clients have a positive experience at every visit.

Team
The current team includes four veterinarians supported by a skilled and dedicated staff, creating a positive and collaborative environment where mentorship and teamwork are highly valued.

Candidate Requirements 

  • Must hold the relevant degree(s) and additional qualifications to work as a veterinarian in the United States of America (USA)
  • Must hold, be in the process of, or be able to obtain, a state license for the state they are applying to work in
  • Must have the right to work in the United States of America (USA), or be able to obtain the required visa to do so
