Job Description

Introduction
Our client is a small animal hospital serving cats and dogs, with a loyal community client base built over nearly 40 years. They are seeking a full-time Associate Veterinarian to join their team.

Role Description and Responsibilities
The Associate Veterinarian will provide a full scope of general practice care, including wellness and preventative medicine, internal medicine, soft-tissue surgery and dentistry. The role is open to both experienced veterinarians and new graduates, with doctor hours open to discussion.

Practice Details
The hospital is AAHA accredited and is equipped with digital radiography, digital dental radiology, ultrasound and more. Alongside a full scope of general practice services, the hospital offers orthopedics, feline hyperthyroidism services, laser surgery and reproductive services. The hospital is open Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 7:00 pm and Saturday from 8:00 am to 1:00 pm.

Team
The hospital is home to a team of four DVMs alongside a large, inclusive support staff. The support team is utilized to the top of their skillset to fully support the veterinarians in their practice.

Candidate Requirements 

• Must hold the relevant degree(s) and additional qualifications to work as a veterinarian in the United States of America (USA)
• Must hold, be in the process of, or be able to obtain, a state license for the state they are applying to work in
• Must have the right to work in the United States of America (USA), or be able to obtain the required visa to do so
