Introduction
Our client is a veterinary hospital hiring for an Associate Veterinarian on either a full-time or part-time basis. The hospital provides care for dogs, cats, and exotics within a collaborative and family-like environment focused on compassionate, individualized patient care. This opportunity is ideal for veterinarians seeking schedule flexibility while working alongside a tenured team in a progressive practice offering advanced surgical and holistic services.

Role Description and Responsibilities
The Associate Veterinarian will provide high-quality medical and surgical care for companion animals including dogs, cats, birds, reptiles, rabbits, ferrets, and pocket pets. Responsibilities include wellness care, surgery, diagnostics, dental care, urgent care, hospice care, and exotic pet medicine. The role also involves orthopedic surgical procedures including leveling osteotomy for cruciate failure and non-routine soft tissue surgeries. Additional services include acupuncture, chiropractic care, and Traditional Chinese Medicine therapies. The ideal candidate will possess surgical skills and a strong desire to contribute to a compassionate, team-oriented environment. The position is open to both experienced veterinarians and new graduates.

Practice Details
The hospital operates Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM and is closed on weekends. The facility includes a warm and comfortable reception area, four spacious exam rooms, an in-house laboratory and pharmacy, an efficient treatment room flow to surgery and diagnostic areas, and two separate well-ventilated animal wards. The practice provides wellness care, surgery, cruciate repair, dental care, diagnostics and laboratory services, exotic pet care, nutrition and medication support, holistic medicine, grooming, microchipping, urgent care, and hospice care. Team
The team consists of 3 DVMs supported by a great tenured support team. The environment is collaborative and family-oriented, with a strong focus on teamwork, compassionate care, and maintaining a supportive atmosphere for both staff and clients.

Candidate Requirements 

• Must hold the relevant degree(s) and additional qualifications to work as a veterinarian in the United States of America (USA)
• Must hold, be in the process of, or be able to obtain, a state license for the state they are applying to work in
• Must have the right to work in the United States of America (USA), or be able to obtain the required visa to do so
