Introduction
Our client is a full-service animal hospital seeking a Part-Time Associate Veterinarian to join their deeply trusted and long-established practice in Springfield, Tennessee. This is a warm, community-rooted hospital that cares for cats and dogs and is known for its exceptional continuity of care, long-standing client relationships, and a team of doctors whose experience ranges from early career to more than three decades in practice.

Working Hours / Rota
The hospital operates Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. and Saturdays from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., with Sundays closed. This part-time position offers true scheduling flexibility, allowing you to shape a routine that aligns with your personal and professional goals. There are no after-hours requirements, ensuring that your time outside of work remains truly your own.

Role Description and Responsibilities
In this role, you will provide comprehensive medical and surgical care spanning wellness and preventative medicine, internal medicine, senior care, routine examinations, dental care, and general surgery. You will have the opportunity to work up complex cases, manage hospitalized patients when needed, and strengthen long-term client relationships built on education and trust. Experienced doctors will appreciate the opportunity to manage advanced cases, including access to in-house orthopedic procedures. Practice Details
This hospital is equipped with in-house laboratory capabilities, ultrasound, digital radiology, and laser therapy, giving you the tools to provide gold-standard medical care. The hospital also offers 24/7 patient hospitalization capacity, giving veterinarians the unique ability to oversee cases from admission to recovery in a continuous-care setting. Team

Candidate Requirements 

• Must hold the relevant degree(s) and additional qualifications to work as a veterinarian in the United States of America (USA)
• Must hold, be in the process of, or be able to obtain, a state license for the state they are applying to work in
• Must have the right to work in the United States of America (USA), or be able to obtain the required visa to do so
