Job Description

Introduction
Our client is a hospital providing a full scope of GP services for cats and dogs and is hiring a full-time Associate Veterinarian. This opportunity is ideal for a veterinarian looking to work within a supportive environment while managing a varied GP caseload.

Role Description and Responsibilities
The Associate Veterinarian will be responsible for the full scope of GP responsibilities, including wellness care, diagnostics, treatment planning, and routine medical cases. The role offers exposure to a broad caseload and is suitable for both experienced veterinarians and new graduates. The schedule consists of 4 days per week with rotating Saturdays.

Practice Details
The hospital is open Monday to Friday from 7:30 am to 6:30 pm, Saturday from 9:00 am to 2:00 pm, and closed on Sundays. The practice is equipped with the latest veterinary technology, including an in-house surgery suite, digital x-ray, advanced dentistry, hospitalization, and more. They provide a full scope of GP services and are committed to using fear-free techniques whenever possible.

Team
The hospital currently has 1 DVM supported by a great team of support staff. They offer a great culture with a supportive and collaborative approach, creating an environment focused on teamwork and positive patient care.

Candidate Requirements 

• Must hold the relevant degree(s) and additional qualifications to work as a veterinarian in the United States of America (USA)
• Must hold, be in the process of, or be able to obtain, a state license for the state they are applying to work in
• Must have the right to work in the United States of America (USA), or be able to obtain the required visa to do so
