Introduction
Our client is a well-established animal hospital in Spring Hill, Florida, seeking a full-time Associate Veterinarian to join their dedicated team. This small animal hospital provides high-quality medicine and surgery, offering comprehensive care for companion animals within a collaborative, mentorship-focused environment.

Working Hours / Rota
This is a full-time position with a strong focus on work-life balance. The hospital is open Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 6 PM and Saturday from 8 AM to 12 PM, and it is closed on Sundays. There are no on-call or after-hours responsibilities.

Role Description and Responsibilities
The Associate Veterinarian will be responsible for delivering exceptional small animal medical and surgical care. Clinical duties include preventive medicine, wellness exams, dentistry, surgery, internal medicine, dermatology, radiology, and pain management. The role is open to both experienced veterinarians and new graduates, with dedicated mentorship provided to support professional growth.

Practice Details
This modern hospital is equipped with a dedicated dental suite featuring dental radiology, an in-house laboratory, ultrasound, cold laser, EMR, and a range of advanced surgical tools. The practice is committed to providing high-quality medical, surgical, and preventive care, including chemotherapy, orthopedic and soft tissue surgery, reproductive services, laser surgery, and cryosurgery. Preventive services such as vaccinations, parasite control, microchipping, and wellness programs are also available. The hospital fosters a family-like, supportive culture where mentorship and collaboration are key priorities.

Team
The practice is supported by four veterinarians and a highly experienced, long-tenured support team. The environment is collaborative and mentorship-driven, making it ideal for both new graduates and seasoned clinicians seeking a strong, team-oriented workplace.

Candidate Requirements 

• Must hold the relevant degree(s) and additional qualifications to work as a veterinarian in the United States of America (USA)
• Must hold, be in the process of, or be able to obtain, a state license for the state they are applying to work in
• Must have the right to work in the United States of America (USA), or be able to obtain the required visa to do so
