Our client is a full-service veterinary hospital hiring for a Veterinarian to join their team. This companion animal practice sees a variety of cases and offers a comprehensive range of services in a modern, well-equipped environment. Working Hours / Rota
The hospital is open Monday to Saturday from 9:00 am to 9:00 pm and Sunday from 10:00 am to 7:00 pm. This position offers a flexible schedule with both full-time and part-time opportunities available. Weekend coverage is rotated among the veterinary team.

Role Description and Responsibilities
The Veterinarian will perform thorough physical examinations, diagnose and treat a variety of medical conditions, and provide preventive care tailored to each patient’s lifestyle and needs. The role includes developing problem-based diagnostic and treatment plans, documenting patient care accurately, and performing both routine and complex surgical procedures such as spays, neuters, mass removals, abdominal exploratories, and wound repairs. Dentistry forms an important part of the role, including dental examinations, radiograph interpretation, extractions, and oral surgeries. The position also involves managing patients requiring day hospitalisation, ensuring smooth transitions to overnight or referral care when needed. Both experienced veterinarians and new graduates are encouraged to apply.

Practice Details
The hospital is equipped with modern diagnostic and treatment facilities, including ultrasound, heated hydraulic surgery tables, digital radiography, and in-house laboratory capabilities. A well-stocked pharmacy supports efficient patient care, and every hospital is designed to promote a high standard of clinical practice. The caseload offers variety, from routine wellness and dentistry to urgent care and surgical cases, providing a stimulating working environment.

Team
The veterinary team is supported by experienced paraprofessionals who are encouraged to develop specialist skills in areas such as dentistry and nutrition. Candidate Requirements 

• Must hold the relevant degree(s) and additional qualifications to work as a veterinarian in the United States of America (USA)
• Must hold, be in the process of, or be able to obtain, a state license for the state they are applying to work in
• Must have the right to work in the United States of America (USA), or be able to obtain the required visa to do so
