Introduction
Our client is a hospital hiring an Associate Veterinarian to join their team working with cats and dogs. This opportunity is available on either a full-time or part-time basis within a veterinary hospital offering comprehensive medical, surgical, and preventative care services. The practice is seeking an experienced veterinarian who is passionate about compassionate patient care, client education, and working collaboratively within a supportive clinical environment. Role Description and Responsibilities
The Associate Veterinarian will provide preventative, medical, and surgical care for companion animals while supporting pet owners with empathy and clear communication. Responsibilities include wellness care, diagnostics, treatment planning, surgical procedures, and collaborating closely with the veterinary and support teams to ensure high standards of patient care and client service. The role is suited to experienced veterinarians who enjoy working in a compassionate, team-oriented environment and are interested in contributing to a positive and collaborative hospital culture.
Practice Details
This veterinary hospital offers a wide range of services including in-house diagnostics, laboratory services, surgical procedures, wellness and vaccination services, preventative care, medical services, exotic pet medicine, avian medicine, patient monitoring, acupuncture, health screening tests, nutritional counselling, breeding services, and additional veterinary services. The hospital provides comprehensive care in a single location and emphasizes compassionate medicine and client relationships. Hospital hours are Monday through Friday from 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM and Saturday from 7:30 AM to 12:00 PM.

Candidate Requirements
- Must hold the relevant degree(s) and additional qualifications to work as a veterinarian in the United States of America (USA)
- Must hold, be in the process of, or be able to obtain, a state license for the state they are applying to work in
- Must have the right to work in the United States of America (USA), or be able to obtain the required visa to do so
