Working Hours / Rota
The hospital offers full-time schedules with flexibility to support work-life balance. There are no on-call shifts, late nights, or overnight requirements. Open and paid time off is provided, and associates can work with hospital leadership to create a schedule that fits both personal and professional priorities.

Role Description and Responsibilities
Associate Veterinarians are responsible for delivering high-quality veterinary care, including routine wellness, vaccinations, preventive medicine, illness and injury treatment, imaging, surgery, dentistry, and prescription medication management. Associates will use their clinical judgment to diagnose and treat patients, develop problem-based treatment plans, and provide compassionate care to pets and clients. This position is suitable for an experienced doctor, who is comfortable with lone working and is skilled in surgery and dentistry.

Practice Details
The hospital is equipped with advanced technology, including cloud-based practice management software, digital and dental radiography, Idexx diagnostics, Butterfly iQ+ handheld ultrasound, Vetology Radiograph Interpretation AI, VMED Vet-Dop2 Doppler Blood Pressure System, and VETSCAN IMAGYST. Services include routine wellness exams, vaccinations, preventive medicine, flea, tick, and heartworm control, imaging, dentistry, surgery, and prescription medications. The hospital emphasizes a supportive and collaborative culture, fostering mentorship, clinical skill development, and professional growth.

Team
Associates work alongside licensed and trained veterinary technicians and assistants, supported by local medical directors. The environment is collaborative and encourages veterinarians to develop their skills, pursue clinical interests, and provide the highest standard of patient care.

Candidate Requirements 

• Must hold the relevant degree(s) and additional qualifications to work as a veterinarian in the United States of America (USA)
• Must hold, be in the process of, or be able to obtain, a state license for the state they are applying to work in
• Must have the right to work in the United States of America (USA), or be able to obtain the required visa to do so
