Job Description

Introduction
Our client is a veterinary hospital seeking an Associate Veterinarian to join their team, offering either full-time or part-time opportunities.

Role Description and Responsibilities
The Associate Veterinarian will provide comprehensive medical, surgical, and dental care to patients, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality, compassionate care. Responsibilities include performing wellness exams, diagnostics, surgical procedures, and dental treatments, as well as developing treatment plans and maintaining accurate medical records. You will be expected to communicate clearly with clients, ensuring transparency and education around patient care, while collaborating closely with the team to deliver the best outcomes. This role is open to both experienced veterinarians and new graduates.

Practice Details
This practice emphasizes compassion, knowledge, transparency, and collaboration, creating a supportive and stress-free environment for both patients and team members. Services offered include pet diagnostics, dental care, wellness care, surgical services, chiropractic services, and urgent care. The hospital is designed to support efficient workflows with a strong staff-to-doctor ratio, allowing veterinarians to focus on delivering high-quality care. The schedule is Monday through Thursday from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm, with the hospital closed Friday through Sunday, and no on-call or late-night expectations.

The team currently consists of 1 DVM supported by a great tenured support team, fostering a collaborative and well-supported working environment.

Candidate Requirements 

  • Must hold the relevant degree(s) and additional qualifications to work as a veterinarian in the United States of America (USA)
  • Must hold, be in the process of, or be able to obtain, a state license for the state they are applying to work in
  • Must have the right to work in the United States of America (USA), or be able to obtain the required visa to do so
