Job Description

Introduction
Our client is a practice providing veterinary care for dogs and cats. They are seeking an Associate Veterinarian to join the practice in a full-time position. The practice is an established community-focused hospital committed to high-quality medicine, compassionate care, and developing lasting relationships with pets and their families.

Role Description and Responsibilities
The Associate Veterinarian will provide veterinary care across internal medicine, dentistry, surgery, diagnostics, nutritional counseling, vaccinations, and laser therapy. The role involves delivering compassionate patient care while maintaining a strong focus on client satisfaction and making clinical decisions in the best interests of each patient. Both experienced veterinarians and new graduates will be considered.

Practice Details
The practice is AAHA accredited and provides advanced medical diagnostics and treatments within a warm and welcoming environment. Services include pet dentistry, diagnostics and an in-house laboratory, internal medicine, laser therapy, nutritional counseling, surgery, pharmacy services, vaccinations, grooming, and boarding. Doctors regularly attend continuing education seminars to remain current with medical therapies and provide up-to-date treatment and advice covering medical conditions, behavioral concerns, and nutrition. The practice is open Monday through Wednesday from 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM and Thursday and Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and is closed on Saturdays and Sundays.

Team
The practice has four DVMs and a great tenured support team. The environment is experienced, collaborative, and family-oriented, with a shared focus on compassionate veterinary care and high standards of patient care.

Candidate Requirements 

• Must hold the relevant degree(s) and additional qualifications to work as a veterinarian in the United States of America (USA)
• Must hold, be in the process of, or be able to obtain, a state license for the state they are applying to work in
• Must have the right to work in the United States of America (USA), or be able to obtain the required visa to do so
