Introduction
Our client is a practice hiring an Associate Veterinarian for either a full-time or part-time opportunity working with dogs and cats. This AAHA-accredited general practice is seeking an experienced veterinarian to join a collaborative and supportive team focused on delivering high-quality medicine and compassionate patient care.

Role Description and Responsibilities
The Associate Veterinarian will provide comprehensive wellness and preventive care, diagnose and treat medical conditions, and perform soft tissue surgeries and dentistry procedures. The role involves managing a varied caseload that includes wellness visits, general medical cases, dentistry, and surgeries such as spays, neuters, and mass removals. The successful candidate will work closely with a skilled technician team in a respectful and efficient environment while maintaining a high standard of patient and client care. This opportunity is suited to experienced veterinarians.

Practice Details
This AAHA-accredited small animal general practice has proudly served the Seekonk community since 1988 and is known for compassionate, dependable veterinary care. The hospital sees an average daily patient volume of 14 cases and maintains a strong support staff ratio of 2–2.5 support staff members per doctor, allowing veterinarians to focus on practicing quality medicine. The practice is equipped with digital X-ray, in-house ultrasound, and in-house laboratory diagnostics. Services offered include wellness care and exams, vaccinations, illness and injury treatment, dental care, diagnostics and imaging, parasite prevention, deworming, allergies and dermatology, and nutrition and diet counseling. The practice promotes a collaborative culture with credentialed technicians, strong leadership support, and medical autonomy. Hospital hours are Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Tuesday and Thursday from 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM, and closed Saturday and Sunday.

Team
The hospital currently has 2 DVMs supported by a great tenured support team. The environment is collaborative, supportive, and focused on allowing veterinarians to practice efficient, high-quality medicine with knowledgeable technician support.

Candidate Requirements 

• Must hold the relevant degree(s) and additional qualifications to work as a veterinarian in the United States of America (USA)
• Must hold, be in the process of, or be able to obtain, a state license for the state they are applying to work in
• Must have the right to work in the United States of America (USA), or be able to obtain the required visa to do so
