Introduction
This AAHA-accredited feline-exclusive hospital in Seattle, Washington is hiring for a Part-Time Associate Veterinarian to join its experienced three-doctor team. As one of only a small number of AAHA-accredited feline-only practices in the United States, the hospital is recognised for delivering exceptional standards of feline medicine in a Fear Free environment. This is an outstanding opportunity for a veterinarian with an interest in advanced feline medicine to work alongside a collaborative team managing complex medical cases while providing outstanding patient and client care.

Role Description and Responsibilities
The Part-Time Associate Veterinarian will provide comprehensive medical care for feline patients, including preventative care, diagnostics, internal medicine, dentistry, surgery, and client education. The practice sees a high proportion of geriatric and complex comorbidity cases, offering an interesting and rewarding caseload beyond routine wellness appointments. Veterinarians work closely with experienced technicians and support staff while collaborating with the Hospital Manager and clinical leadership to maintain the hospital’s exceptionally high standards of care. Fear Free handling is a core part of the practice philosophy, and appointments are scheduled for 30 minutes to allow thorough consultations and personalised care.

Practice Details
This AAHA-accredited feline-exclusive hospital is equipped with advanced technology to support high-quality feline medicine. Facilities include IDEXX in-house laboratory equipment, Truforma thyroid testing, CoVet AI medical record software, and access to board-certified veterinary radiologists for in-house abdominal ultrasound and a board-certified cardiology team for in-house echocardiography. The practice also benefits from a dedicated oral surgery veterinarian following AVDC and WSAVA Global Dental Guidelines. Hospital hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 5:30pm, Saturdays from 10:00am to 3:00pm, and closed on Sundays.

Team
The hospital currently has a team of three veterinarians supported by experienced veterinary technicians and client care professionals who share a passion for delivering exceptional feline medicine. Candidate Requirements 

• Must hold the relevant degree(s) and additional qualifications to work as a veterinarian in the United States of America (USA)
• Must hold, be in the process of, or be able to obtain, a state license for the state they are applying to work in
• Must have the right to work in the United States of America (USA), or be able to obtain the required visa to do so
