Operating from a brand-new, state-of-the-art facility in central Seattle, the practice provides high-quality care for dogs and cats while maintaining a strong focus on collaboration, mentorship, and clinical excellence. As part of a locally owned five-hospital group with no outside investors or corporate ownership, the hospital offers veterinarians genuine clinical autonomy, a supportive team environment, and the opportunity to pursue individual interests while helping expand services within the practice. This opportunity is open to both experienced veterinarians and new graduates seeking a supportive environment with structured mentorship and long-term career development.

Role Description and Responsibilities
The Associate Veterinarian will provide comprehensive medical, surgical, and preventative care for canine and feline patients, including wellness care, diagnostics, dentistry, surgery, and client communication. Full-time veterinarians typically work four 10-hour shifts per week with rotating weekends and dedicated surgery days. The practice encourages doctors to develop additional skills and services, helping grow both the hospital and the wider team while reducing the need for referrals. New graduates benefit from a tailored mentorship programme that includes dedicated mentorship support, gradual onboarding, shadowing opportunities, and structured clinical development designed around individual needs and experience levels.
