Job Description

Introduction
Our client is seeking a full-time or part-time Associate Veterinarian at an AAHA-accredited and Fear Free certified hospital in North Seattle, Washington. This opportunity offers the chance to join a well-established small animal practice with a strong community reputation, modern facilities, and a collaborative team environment.

Working Hours / Rota
The hospital is open Monday through Friday from 8 am to 6 pm and is closed on Saturdays and Sundays. The full-time schedule will be arranged within these hours, typically 3–4 days per week, supporting both patient care and work-life balance.

Role Description and Responsibilities
The Associate Veterinarian will provide comprehensive care for dogs and cats, including wellness exams, diagnostics, surgery, and dentistry. The role offers the chance to work within a highly collaborative environment, with daily huddles to align on patient care and monthly meetings to foster open communication and teamwork. Both experienced veterinarians and new graduates seeking mentorship are encouraged to apply.

Practice Details and Team
This recently remodeled hospital is fully equipped with advanced diagnostic and surgical tools including ultrasound, digital radiology, digital dental radiology, a dedicated dental suite, and in-house laboratory equipment. The culture emphasizes collaboration, client education, and the delivery of high-quality care.

Team Size
The hospital currently has a team of three veterinarians supported by experienced technicians and a compassionate support staff, all working together in a collaborative and inclusive environment.

Candidate Requirements 

• Must hold the relevant degree(s) and additional qualifications to work as a veterinarian in the United States of America (USA)
• Must hold, be in the process of, or be able to obtain, a state license for the state they are applying to work in
• Must have the right to work in the United States of America (USA), or be able to obtain the required visa to do so
