Introduction
This well-established small animal hospital in Scottsdale, Arizona is seeking an Associate Veterinarian to join its collaborative team of six veterinarians. Located just north of central Phoenix, the practice combines the feel of a close-knit local hospital with the support and resources of a wider veterinary network, giving doctors the autonomy to practise high-quality medicine while enjoying excellent professional support and career development opportunities.

Role Description and Responsibilities
You’ll provide comprehensive medical care across wellness, preventative medicine, diagnostics, dentistry, and surgery while building long-term relationships with clients and their pets. The role offers the freedom to make clinical decisions, educate pet owners on treatment options, and work closely with an experienced support team to deliver outstanding patient care. Practice Details
The hospital provides full-service veterinary care for companion animals and is committed to delivering personalised, compassionate medicine. As part of a veterinarian-led network, the practice maintains its local identity and clinical autonomy while benefiting from structured mentorship, continuing education opportunities, and access to a nationwide community of veterinary professionals. Doctors are supported with modern resources, monthly production bonuses with no negative accrual, and leadership development pathways for those looking to progress their careers. The practice is open Monday to Friday from 8:00am to 5:30pm and Saturdays from 8:00am to 12:00pm, remaining closed on Sundays to support a healthy work-life balance.

Team

Candidate Requirements 

• Must hold the relevant degree(s) and additional qualifications to work as a veterinarian in the United States of America (USA)
• Must hold, be in the process of, or be able to obtain, a state license for the state they are applying to work in
• Must have the right to work in the United States of America (USA), or be able to obtain the required visa to do so
