Introduction
Our client is a hospital for Dogs and Cats that is hiring an Associate Veterinarian on either a full-time or part-time basis. The practice has been serving the area with excellent veterinary medicine for over 30 years, providing an established and community-focused environment dedicated to high quality patient care.

Role Description and Responsibilities
The Associate Veterinarian will be responsible for providing a full scope of general practice services, including wellness and preventative care, diagnostics, medical consultations, surgery, and dentistry. Veterinarians will work either 8- or 10-hour shifts with rotating weekend responsibilities as part of the schedule. This opportunity offers exposure to a varied small animal caseload within a collaborative and well-supported clinical environment.

Practice Details
This is an AAHA-accredited hospital offering a full scope of GP services alongside internal medicine, laser therapy, and surgical laser procedures. The practice is equipped with advanced diagnostic and treatment technology, including but not limited to ultrasound, digital x-ray, OFA x-ray capabilities, an in-house laboratory, and digital dental x-ray equipment, supporting comprehensive patient care and efficient workflow. Facilities include Hands-Free Radiology, an Isolation Ward, Intensive Care Unit, In-Office Surgical Suite, and an In-House Pharmacy. The practice is committed to using fear-free techniques whenever possible and also offers acupuncture, behavior counseling, nutritional counseling, and oxygen and transfusion therapy services. The clinic operates Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 5:30pm and Saturday from 8:00am to 2:00pm.

Candidate Requirements 

• Must hold the relevant degree(s) and additional qualifications to work as a veterinarian in the United States of America (USA)
• Must hold, be in the process of, or be able to obtain, a state license for the state they are applying to work in
• Must have the right to work in the United States of America (USA), or be able to obtain the required visa to do so
