Introduction
Our client is a hospital seeking an Associate Veterinarian to join their team on either a full-time or part-time basis. Caring primarily for dogs and cats, with some exotic and pocket pet patients, the hospital provides comprehensive medical and surgical care within a collaborative and supportive environment. This opportunity is open to experienced veterinarians looking to work with a diverse caseload while contributing to a practice focused on exceptional patient care and strong client relationships.

Role Description and Responsibilities
As an Associate Veterinarian, you will provide relationship-based care to patients and clients while managing a varied caseload of appointments and surgical procedures. Responsibilities include wellness care, sick and urgent care, dentistry, diagnostics, pain management, parasite prevention, end-of-life care, and surgery. You will work closely with the clinical team and leadership to deliver high-quality medicine while helping to build strong relationships within both the practice and the local community. The role also includes supporting the development of team members through internal training initiatives and contributing to a positive, collaborative workplace culture. This position is open to experienced veterinarians only.

Practice Details
This full-service veterinary hospital has been serving the local community since 1973 and is committed to providing exceptional quality medical and surgical care in a compassionate environment. The hospital is housed within a large two-story facility featuring six examination rooms, a dedicated surgery suite, and cold and therapy laser equipment. Additional equipment includes digital body radiography, digital dental radiography, and ultrasound technology. Services offered include wellness care, sick and urgent care, bathing, dentistry, end-of-life care, laboratory and diagnostic services, microchipping, pain management, parasite prevention, and surgery. The hospital operates Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 5:30pm, Saturday from 8:00am to 12:30pm, and is closed on Sundays. The practice is conveniently located near an emergency facility and emphasises customised treatment plans, compassionate care, and collaborative medicine.

Candidate Requirements 

• Must hold the relevant degree(s) and additional qualifications to work as a veterinarian in the United States of America (USA)
• Must hold, be in the process of, or be able to obtain, a state license for the state they are applying to work in
• Must have the right to work in the United States of America (USA), or be able to obtain the required visa to do so
