Job Description
Introduction
Our client is a full-service general practice hospital providing gold-standard veterinary care for companion animals and is hiring a part-time Associate Veterinarian. The practice is focused on delivering high-quality, progressive medicine within a supportive and collaborative clinical environment.
Working Hours / Rota
This is a part-time position with a set schedule. Working hours are Friday from 8:00 am to 5:30 pm and Saturday from 8:00 am to 3:00 pm. No after-hours, overnight, or on-call responsibilities are required. The schedule offers consistency and supports work–life balance.
Role Description and Responsibilities
The Associate Veterinarian will provide comprehensive general practice care, including preventive medicine, wellness exams, diagnostics, surgery, and dentistry. Responsibilities include examining and diagnosing patients, treating medical conditions, performing routine surgical and dental procedures, prescribing medications, and advising pet owners on care and treatment plans. The role is open to both experienced veterinarians and new graduates.

The hospital delivers gold-standard veterinary medicine for cats and dogs and is equipped with modern diagnostic testing and in-house laboratory capabilities. Candidate Requirements
- Must hold the relevant degree(s) and additional qualifications to work as a veterinarian in the United States of America (USA)
- Must hold, be in the process of, or be able to obtain, a state license for the state they are applying to work in
- Must have the right to work in the United States of America (USA), or be able to obtain the required visa to do so
