Introduction
Our client is a practice providing small animal general veterinary care for dogs and cats and is seeking an Associate Veterinarian to join their modern, fully equipped hospital. The clinic delivers high-quality medicine within a collaborative and supportive environment, offering an excellent opportunity for growth and development.

Working Hours / Rota
The hospital operates Monday to Saturday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM and is closed on Sundays. This position offers full-time or part-time flexibility, with weekend coverage required on Saturdays.

Role Description and Responsibilities
The Associate Veterinarian will be responsible for delivering high-quality veterinary care across a general practice caseload, including preventative wellness care and soft tissue surgeries such as spay/neuter, mass removal, laceration repair, cystotomy, gastropexy, and enucleation. The role also involves diagnostics, client communication, and contributing to a collaborative team environment focused on medical excellence. This opportunity is open to both experienced veterinarians and new graduates.

Practice Details
This is a small animal general practice with an average daily patient volume of approximately 14.5 patients per doctor and a support staff ratio of approximately 1–3 per DVM. The facility is a 4,000 sq ft modern hospital with 3 exam rooms, equipped with in-house laboratories for blood and urine testing, digital radiology, ultrasound, dental services, and digital dental radiography. The practice offers a wide range of services including wellness care, vaccinations, dental care, diagnostics and imaging, spay and neuter procedures, parasite prevention, microchipping, surgery, and end-of-life care. The clinic fosters a collaborative, supportive culture with skilled technicians and assistants, promoting teamwork, strong client communication, and medical excellence.

Team
The team consists of 2 DVMs supported by a great tenured support team, creating a positive and collaborative working environment.

Candidate Requirements 

• Must hold the relevant degree(s) and additional qualifications to work as a veterinarian in the United States of America (USA)
• Must hold, be in the process of, or be able to obtain, a state license for the state they are applying to work in
• Must have the right to work in the United States of America (USA), or be able to obtain the required visa to do so
