Job Description

Introduction
Our client is a hospital looking to hire an Associate Veterinarian on either a full-time or part-time basis. Treating cats and dogs, this well-established hospital is dedicated to delivering high-quality, compassionate veterinary care while building lasting relationships with clients and their pets. This is an excellent opportunity to join a collaborative multi-doctor team committed to providing exceptional medicine in a supportive clinical environment.

Role Description and Responsibilities
This role encompasses the full scope of General Practice responsibilities, providing preventative, diagnostic, medical, surgical, and dental care for companion animals. You’ll perform comprehensive physical examinations, diagnose and treat a wide variety of medical conditions, develop individualized treatment plans, perform routine surgical and dental procedures, and educate clients on preventative healthcare and long-term wellness. Working alongside an experienced veterinary team, you’ll collaborate to deliver high-quality patient care while building trusted relationships with clients through clear, compassionate communication. The position offers the flexibility of either full-time or part-time employment, with specific scheduling to be discussed during the interview process.

Practice Details
The hospital provides the full scope of GP services, delivering comprehensive wellness and preventative care, diagnostic medicine, surgery, dentistry, and ongoing medical management for cats and dogs. In addition, the practice offers advanced services including laser therapy, video otoscopy, and video rhinoscopy, allowing clinicians to manage a broad and rewarding caseload. The practice is equipped with advanced diagnostic equipment including, but not limited to, digital radiography, ultrasound, an in-house laboratory, and advanced diagnostic technology supporting efficient, high-quality patient care. The hospital is AAHA accredited, reflecting its commitment to maintaining the highest standards of veterinary medicine. The hospital is open Monday through Friday from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM, Saturday from 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM, and is closed on Sundays.

Team
You’ll be joining a team of 3 DVMs, supported by dedicated veterinary technicians, veterinary assistants, client service professionals, and an experienced hospital leadership team. Candidate Requirements 

  • Must hold the relevant degree(s) and additional qualifications to work as a veterinarian in the United States of America (USA)
  • Must hold, be in the process of, or be able to obtain, a state license for the state they are applying to work in
  • Must have the right to work in the United States of America (USA), or be able to obtain the required visa to do so
