Job Description

Introduction
Our client is a hospital that is hiring an Associate Veterinarian on either a full-time or part-time basis. Caring for cats and dogs, this full-service clinic has been serving the community since 1994 and has built a reputation for trust, reflected in its impressive 4.8-star Google rating. This is an excellent opportunity to join an established practice with a loyal client base and a varied caseload.

Role Description and Responsibilities
This position involves the full scope of GP responsibilities, including preventative care, diagnostics, treatment planning, surgery, dentistry, and client communication. You will also regularly manage urgent care situations, providing additional variety and clinical challenge within your caseload. The role is open to both experienced veterinarians and new graduates.

Practice Details
The hospital is open Monday through Friday from 7:30am to 6:00pm, Saturday from 8:00am to 12:00pm, and is closed on Sundays. Services include a full scope of GP services, Urgent Care, and Orthopedics, providing a diverse range of cases. The practice is equipped with, but not limited to, Digital X-Ray, Digital Dental X-Ray, Ultrasound, and Tonopen technology. Additional services include pet boarding and behaviour therapy.

Team
You will be joining a team of five experienced DVMs focused on providing comprehensive care, supported by dedicated veterinary technicians and client service professionals who share a commitment to patient-centered, compassionate care. The hospital is led by a supportive leadership team focused on the success and well-being of its associates, fostering a collaborative culture built on teamwork, communication, and professional growth.

Candidate Requirements 

• Must hold the relevant degree(s) and additional qualifications to work as a veterinarian in the United States of America (USA)
• Must hold, be in the process of, or be able to obtain, a state license for the state they are applying to work in
• Must have the right to work in the United States of America (USA), or be able to obtain the required visa to do so
