Job Description

Introduction
Our client is a hospital seeking a part-time Associate Veterinarian to join their team. This role is focused on providing care for cats and dogs within a general practice setting.

Role Description and Responsibilities
The Associate Veterinarian will be responsible for the full scope of GP responsibilities, managing a varied caseload of cats and dogs. The position is suited to an experienced veterinarian who is confident handling routine appointments, diagnostics, treatment planning, and general medical and surgical cases. Doctor hours are open to discussion.

Practice Details
The hospital offers a full scope of GP services and is equipped with an onsite surgical suite, digital x-ray, digital dental x-ray, IDEXX in-house labs, Vetology AI Radiography, and Butterfly iQ+ Ultrasound. The practice operates Monday through Saturday from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM and is closed on Sundays.

Team
The hospital is supported by a great team of support staff within a collaborative environment.

Candidate Requirements 

• Must hold the relevant degree(s) and additional qualifications to work as a veterinarian in the United States of America (USA)
• Must hold, be in the process of, or be able to obtain, a state license for the state they are applying to work in
• Must have the right to work in the United States of America (USA), or be able to obtain the required visa to do so
