Job Description

This privately owned hospital is open Monday-Friday 8:30am to 6:00pm and Saturdays 8:30am-1:00pm (full- or part-time schedules are available). Full-time veterinarians rotate Saturdays and always have a consistent day of the week off. The owner is happy to mentor new graduates, and can offer surgery only schedules and non-surgical schedules for those with particular clinical interests. There is a surgery only doctor currently working twice per month at the hospital who is able to offer extensive one on one soft tissue surgical mentorship. The majority of pets are dogs and cats but the hospital is open to seeing any animal the veterinarian is comfortable and equipped to treat. Currently, they have 2 full time doctors and a board-certified surgeon who can perform more advanced surgeries as needed. The hospital typically see 30- minute appointment times, but this can be extended as necessary. The hospital is extremely well-equipped with Paperless cloud based system (Neo); 3 exam rooms; A private surgical suite with Observation Window; An isolation area; Full in-house Idexx lab machines; Digital Radiology; Portable Butterfly Ultrasound and much more!
