Introduction
Our client is a hospital seeking an Associate Veterinarian to join their team, providing care for small animals within a full-service practice committed to high standards of veterinary medicine and strong community relationships.

Working Hours / Rota
This position offers full-time or part-time flexibility. The hospital operates Monday to Friday from 7:45 AM to 5:30 PM, Saturday from 7:45 AM to 12:30 PM, and is closed on Sundays.

Role Description and Responsibilities
The Associate Veterinarian will be responsible for delivering comprehensive small animal care, including diagnostics, treatment, surgery, and client communication. Daily duties include building lasting relationships with clients, practicing high-quality medicine from diagnosis through treatment, educating pet owners on preventative care, and collaborating closely with the team to maintain a positive hospital culture. The caseload includes wellness, advanced diagnostics, orthopedic and soft tissue surgery, and general medical care. This opportunity is open to both experienced veterinarians and new graduates.

Practice Details
This is a full-service small animal hospital dedicated to delivering high-quality veterinary care in a collaborative and supportive environment. The practice is AAHA accredited, reflecting adherence to rigorous standards across patient care, diagnostics, and medical protocols. The hospital offers a wide range of services including wellness and vaccination programs, medical services, orthopedic and soft tissue surgery, dental care, advanced diagnostics, boarding, grooming, and microchipping. The facility is equipped with radiology, ultrasonography, and an in-house laboratory, supporting comprehensive diagnostics and treatment. The culture is focused on continuous learning, collaboration, and maintaining gold-standard veterinary care.

Team
The hospital has 4 DVMs and a great tenured support team, creating a collaborative and supportive working environment.

Candidate Requirements 

• Must hold the relevant degree(s) and additional qualifications to work as a veterinarian in the United States of America (USA)
• Must hold, be in the process of, or be able to obtain, a state license for the state they are applying to work in
• Must have the right to work in the United States of America (USA), or be able to obtain the required visa to do so
