Job Description

Introduction
Our client is a community-focused veterinary clinic hiring for an Associate Veterinarian. The clinic specializes in high-volume, high-quality spay/neuter services and preventative care, supporting both pet owners and local rescue and adoption organizations.

Working Hours / Rota
The clinic operates Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with full-time or part-time opportunities available.

Role Description and Responsibilities
This role is suited to an experienced veterinarian who is comfortable providing wellness and sick appointments, as well as performing surgeries, diagnostics, and dental services. The position involves delivering preventative care, conducting spay and neuter procedures, administering vaccines, and supporting the overall health and wellbeing of patients through compassionate and individualized care.

The clinic is dedicated to improving cat and dog health through preventative care and owner education, with a strong focus on serving a low-income community. Services offered include vaccines and spay and neuter surgeries, with all procedures scheduled in advance. Candidate Requirements 

  • Must hold the relevant degree(s) and additional qualifications to work as a veterinarian in the United States of America (USA)
  • Must hold, be in the process of, or be able to obtain, a state license for the state they are applying to work in
  • Must have the right to work in the United States of America (USA), or be able to obtain the required visa to do so
