Introduction
Our client is a well-established small-animal hospital seeking an Associate Veterinarian to join their growing team. This multi-location practice provides comprehensive care for dogs and cats while also supporting exotic pets, offering a broad clinical environment for veterinarians at any stage of their career. They are deeply committed to compassion, communication, and individualized medicine, and they welcome both new graduates and experienced DVMs who value a relationship-focused approach to veterinary care.

Working Hours / Rota
The hospital is open Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., and the schedule can be arranged on either a full-time or part-time basis depending on the needs of the incoming veterinarian. There are no weekend hours and no after-hours responsibilities, allowing doctors to maintain an excellent work–life balance within a predictable weekday schedule.

Role Description and Responsibilities
The Associate Veterinarian will provide comprehensive preventive, medical, surgical, and dental care to canine and feline patients, with the opportunity to support exotic species as well. Daily responsibilities include performing physical examinations, interpreting diagnostics, developing treatment and wellness plans, and guiding clients through nutrition and long-term preventive care. The role also includes the option to conduct in-home consultations and telemedicine visits, reflecting the practice’s emphasis on convenience and client-centered care. This position is open to both experienced clinicians and new graduates interested in mentorship within a supportive, collaborative practice culture.

Practice Details
The hospital is equipped to deliver a wide range of services, including wellness and preventive care, dental services, surgery, diagnostics, senior pet care, exotic pet support, reproductive services, laser therapy, holistic and herbal medicine, urgent care, in-home appointments, and telemedicine. The facilities support a modern, forward-thinking approach to veterinary medicine with a blend of traditional and integrative care. The practice fosters a warm, communicative environment that prioritizes client trust and a positive experience for both pets and their families.

Team
The incoming veterinarian will join a talented group of ten DVMs across the hospital locations, supported by an experienced and compassionate team of technicians, assistants, and client service staff. Candidate Requirements 

• Must hold the relevant degree(s) and additional qualifications to work as a veterinarian in the United States of America (USA)
• Must hold, be in the process of, or be able to obtain, a state license for the state they are applying to work in
• Must have the right to work in the United States of America (USA), or be able to obtain the required visa to do so
