Job Description

Introduction
Our client is a full-service small animal hospital providing care for cats and dogs. They are seeking an experienced Associate Veterinarian to join their dedicated team.

Working Hours / Rota
The hospital is open Monday from 9:00am to 6:30pm, Tuesday from 9:00am to 6:00pm, Wednesday from 9:00am to 6:00pm, Thursday from 9:00am to 6:30pm, Friday from 9:00am to 6:00pm, and Saturday from 9:00am to 2:00pm. The hospital is closed on Sundays. Doctor hours are open to discussion.

Role Description and Responsibilities
This is a full-service GP position for an experienced veterinarian.

Practice Details
This AAHA-accredited hospital is equipped with seven exam rooms, a comfort room, ICU, isolation, pharmacy, surgical suite, and a dedicated dental area. Advanced technology includes ultrasound, therapy laser, doppler, bovie unit, infusion pumps, heated and lift tables, digital and dental radiology, and more. The hospital provides full-service small animal care and also offers rehabilitation services. They are committed to providing exceptional care throughout their patients’ lives while creating a healthy and supportive workplace for their team.

This is a 4-doctor hospital with a great support team.

Candidate Requirements 

  • Must hold the relevant degree(s) and additional qualifications to work as a veterinarian in the United States of America (USA)
  • Must hold, be in the process of, or be able to obtain, a state license for the state they are applying to work in
  • Must have the right to work in the United States of America (USA), or be able to obtain the required visa to do so
