Introduction
Our client is a hospital seeking a part-time Associate Veterinarian to join their team. The practice delivers a wide range of veterinary services with a strong focus on compassionate, high-quality care for companion animals, including exotics. With a mission centered on preventative health and healing, this clinic provides essential care from routine exams to advanced diagnostics and rehabilitation.

Working Hours / Rota
The hospital is open Monday through Friday from 7:30 am to 6:00 pm and Saturday from 8:00 am to 2:00 pm. It is closed on Sundays. Specific working days and shifts for the role will be discussed based on availability and clinic needs.

Role Description and Responsibilities
This role is open to experienced veterinarians. Responsibilities include routine wellness exams, vaccinations and prevention, diagnostics, internal medicine, dental procedures, and care for avian and exotic pets. The role also involves supporting rehabilitation treatments such as therapeutic laser therapy and water treadmill use. Candidates should be confident in a range of clinical areas and focused on delivering personalized care.

Practice Details
The clinic offers comprehensive services including internal medicine, diagnostics and lab work, dental care, rehabilitation, senior pet wellness, and care for puppies, kittens, and exotic species. Facilities are equipped to support a broad spectrum of treatment needs, including advanced therapies and routine procedures. The practice fosters a supportive environment with a strong emphasis on quality care and client education.

Team
The hospital is currently staffed by one DVM supported by a dedicated and experienced team. The environment is collaborative, with a focus on communication, support, and high standards of patient care.

Candidate Requirements 

• Must hold the relevant degree(s) and additional qualifications to work as a veterinarian in the United States of America (USA)
• Must hold, be in the process of, or be able to obtain, a state license for the state they are applying to work in
• Must have the right to work in the United States of America (USA), or be able to obtain the required visa to do so
