Introduction
Our client is a practice seeking an Associate Veterinarian on either a full-time or part-time basis. The practice provides comprehensive veterinary care for cats and dogs and is looking for an Associate Veterinarian to join a close-knit team committed to delivering compassionate, personalised care. This opportunity is open to both experienced veterinarians and new graduates.

Role Description and Responsibilities
The Associate Veterinarian will provide comprehensive medical, surgical, and preventive care across a varied small animal caseload. Clinical responsibilities include wellness examinations, diagnostics, dentistry, nutritional counselling, surgery, and preventative care. Surgical procedures include spays, neuters, dental cleanings and evaluations, dental x-rays, surgical tooth extractions, dental sealants, dentigerous cyst removal, fibromatous epulis removal, cancer removal and debulking, eyelid and eye surgery, skin and tumour removal, intestinal and stomach surgery, bladder and urethral surgery, and ear surgery. The role also offers the opportunity to utilise acupuncture as part of patient care. This opportunity is open to both experienced veterinarians and new graduates.

Practice Details
The practice is open Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm, Saturday from 8:00am to 12:00pm, and is closed on Sundays. The practice is a 1.5-DVM small animal hospital equipped with digital radiography, dental radiography, in-house laboratory equipment, and access to ultrasound. Services include preventive veterinary care, diagnostic services, dental services, surgery, wellness examinations, nutritional counselling, acupuncture, and a broad range of soft tissue and dental surgical procedures. The practice is committed to providing personalised care, treating every patient as an individual while maintaining a compassionate, client-focused approach.

Team
You will join a team of 1 DVM supported by a great tenured support team. The practice offers a collaborative and supportive environment where veterinarians and technicians work closely together to provide high-quality patient care and exceptional client service.

Candidate Requirements 

• Must hold the relevant degree(s) and additional qualifications to work as a veterinarian in the United States of America (USA)
• Must hold, be in the process of, or be able to obtain, a state license for the state they are applying to work in
• Must have the right to work in the United States of America (USA), or be able to obtain the required visa to do so
