Introduction
This brand-new full-service small animal hospital in Queen Creek, Arizona is seeking a full-time Associate Veterinarian to join its growing team. The opportunity offers the chance to become one of the hospital’s early veterinarians, working alongside an experienced founding doctor while helping shape the culture and clinical environment as the practice develops. The hospital provides a broad mix of preventative care, surgery, dentistry and urgent care, with support for doctors to develop their individual clinical interests.

Working Hours / Rota
This is a full-time position within a brand-new hospital, offering the opportunity to join the team during an exciting period of growth. The working pattern is designed to support a collaborative clinical environment, with the team focused on creating a sustainable schedule as the practice continues to develop.

Role Description and Responsibilities
As an Associate Veterinarian, you’ll provide comprehensive small animal medicine while building long-term relationships with clients and their pets. The caseload offers opportunities across wellness and preventative care, surgery, dentistry and urgent care, with an emphasis on collaborative medicine and strong technician support. You’ll work closely with the founding veterinarian and wider team, with opportunities to develop your clinical interests while contributing ideas around workflows, patient care and the continued development of the hospital.

Practice Details
The hospital is a brand-new, full-service small animal practice built around collaborative, team-based veterinary medicine. The founding veterinarian has particular interests in surgery, dentistry and client education and is focused on creating an environment where doctors and support staff can continue learning and developing their skills. As an early member of the veterinary team, the incoming doctor will have the opportunity to contribute to the hospital’s culture and clinical approach as the practice establishes itself within the Queen Creek community.

Candidate Requirements 

• Must hold the relevant degree(s) and additional qualifications to work as a veterinarian in the United States of America (USA)
• Must hold, be in the process of, or be able to obtain, a state license for the state they are applying to work in
• Must have the right to work in the United States of America (USA), or be able to obtain the required visa to do so
