Job Description
Introduction
Our client is a veterinary hospital seeking a full-time Associate Veterinarian to care for cats and dogs.
Role Description and Responsibilities
The hospital welcomes both experienced veterinarians and new graduates. They are seeking an Associate Veterinarian who believes great veterinary care extends beyond treating patients to earning trust, building connections and making a lasting impact on the people and pets they serve. For the right candidate, there is also an opportunity to progress into a Medical Director role.
Practice Details
The hospital has state-of-the-art equipment and offers general wellness and medicine, blood and laboratory services, radiology, dentistry, surgery, anesthesia, pharmacy services and pet health certificates. Opening hours are Monday through Thursday from 8am to 6pm, Friday from 8am to 4pm, and the third Saturday of each month from 8am to 3pm.
Team
You’ll join a compassionate, experienced team of five veterinarians, supported by a large team of supportive staff.
Candidate Requirements
- Must hold the relevant degree(s) and additional qualifications to work as a veterinarian in the United States of America (USA)
- Must hold, be in the process of, or be able to obtain, a state license for the state they are applying to work in
- Must have the right to work in the United States of America (USA), or be able to obtain the required visa to do so
