Job Description
This hospital is seeking an experienced Associate Veterinarian to complement their talented team in Portsmouth, Virginia. They have been serving the local community for more than 25 years! Their highly competent and compassionate staff aims to provide the very best veterinary care possible. They are growing their two-doctor practice to provide even more excellent care to their growing clientele. They do not require Sunday, on-call, or overnight shifts thanks to neighboring emergency clinics. Their practice has in-house lab work capabilities (Abaxis), digital radiographs, ultrasound machine, digital dental radiographs, and a surgical suite with suction, cautery, and digital anesthesia monitoring. They also have a designated wet table for dental procedures. In addition, they treat dogs, cats, pocket pets, birds, reptiles, and other exotics and offer routine surgeries such as spay, neuter, mass removals, and dentals for most species.
