Our client is a hospital that is hiring a full-time Exotics Veterinarian to support and grow its expanding exotic companion animal services. Caring for Rabbits, Guinea Pigs, Ferrets, Birds, Reptiles, Hamsters, other small mammals, and additional exotic companion species, this thriving hybrid general practice, specialty, and emergency hospital offers a unique opportunity to work within a highly advanced multidisciplinary environment. Role Description and Responsibilities
As an Exotics Veterinarian, you will be responsible for the full scope of Exotics Primary Care and Emergency responsibilities, delivering high-quality medical care across a diverse range of exotic companion animal species. The role offers the opportunity to manage both routine and more complex cases while working within a collaborative referral environment that provides access to a broad range of specialty services. You will play an important role in supporting and expanding the hospital’s exotic animal offering while maintaining the highest standards of patient care and client service. This position is suited to an experienced or residency-trained veterinarian who is passionate about exotic animal medicine and enjoys working within a progressive, multidisciplinary setting. Specific scheduling details will be discussed during the interview process.

Practice Details
The hospital provides Emergency Care 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, alongside Urgent Care services available seven days a week, creating a dynamic and diverse caseload. As a hybrid primary care, specialty, and emergency facility, the hospital offers a comprehensive range of veterinary services supported by advanced diagnostic and treatment capabilities. Equipment available includes, but is not limited to, digital radiography and advanced imaging, a 64-slice CT scanner, 1 Tesla MRI, endoscopy equipment, advanced anesthesia monitoring, and extensive in-house laboratory capabilities. The hospital is AAHA-accredited and provides the full scope of Primary Care and Emergency services in addition to specialty departments including Cardiology, Dentistry, Dermatology, Internal Medicine, Neurology, Oncology, Ophthalmology, Radiology, and Surgery. Additional services include Acupuncture, Reproduction Services, Animal Behavior Services, Animal Grooming, and Boarding. Candidate Requirements 

• Must hold the relevant degree(s) and additional qualifications to work as a veterinarian in the United States of America (USA)
• Must hold, be in the process of, or be able to obtain, a state license for the state they are applying to work in
• Must have the right to work in the United States of America (USA), or be able to obtain the required visa to do so
