Introduction
Our client is a hospital seeking an Associate Veterinarian to join their full-service small animal practice. The hospital provides comprehensive companion animal care including vaccinations, routine wellness, parasite prevention, illness and injury management, imaging, surgery, dentistry, and prescription services. This opportunity is open to veterinarians of all experience levels who are passionate about delivering quality medicine within a well-supported and progressive clinical environment.

Working Hours / Rota
The position offers full-time or part-time flexibility. The hospital operates Monday through Saturday from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM, and Sunday from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM.

Role Description and Responsibilities
The Associate Veterinarian will manage a varied small animal caseload, including preventive care, wellness exams, illness and injury diagnostics, imaging, surgery, and dentistry. Responsibilities include leading cases from examination and diagnosis through treatment and follow-up care, maintaining strong client communication, and upholding high medical standards. Veterinarians are supported by medical field leaders and a skilled paraprofessional team, enabling efficient workflow and confident clinical decision-making. This role is open to both experienced veterinarians and new graduates.

Practice Details
The hospital is equipped with ultrasound, heated hydraulic surgery tables, and digital diagnostic radiography (DDXR). Services include Vaccinations, Routine Wellness, Flea, Tick & Heartworm Prevention, Illness & Injury Care, Imaging, Surgery, Dentistry, and Prescription Medication management. The practice environment emphasizes quality equipment, strong medical leadership support, and professional growth in areas such as dentistry and nutrition.

Candidate Requirements 

• Must hold the relevant degree(s) and additional qualifications to work as a veterinarian in the United States of America (USA)
• Must hold, be in the process of, or be able to obtain, a state license for the state they are applying to work in
• Must have the right to work in the United States of America (USA), or be able to obtain the required visa to do so
