Introduction
This modern small animal hospital in Phoenix, Arizona is seeking a Veterinarian to join its general practice team in the Arcadia area. The hospital takes a technology-forward approach to veterinary medicine, combining comprehensive patient care with strong clinical support and structured workflows designed to give doctors greater focus during each shift. The role offers exposure to general practice, urgent care and procedures within a collaborative environment that supports continued clinical development.

Working Hours / Rota
The hospital is open seven days a week from 8:00am to 6:00pm. Veterinarians work structured schedules built around a single clinical flow per shift, focusing on either examinations, urgent cases or procedures rather than moving between multiple workflows throughout the day. This approach is designed to provide greater structure and dedicated time for each area of patient care.

Role Description and Responsibilities
As a Veterinarian, you’ll provide comprehensive small animal medicine while building ongoing relationships with clients and their pets. Depending on your scheduled clinical flow, you’ll manage general appointments, urgent presentations or procedures, working closely with an experienced in-clinic support team throughout the day. You’ll have access to mentorship, continuing education and personalised onboarding, alongside a 24/7 virtual care team that provides an additional layer of support for patients outside the hospital.

Practice Details
The hospital has been designed around modern general practice, combining contemporary clinical facilities with an in-house technology platform intended to streamline medical records and reduce administrative workload. Veterinarians are supported by a dedicated clinical team with greater involvement in patient care, as well as round-the-clock virtual care support. The practice places an emphasis on collaborative medicine, sustainable workflows and providing doctors with the resources and autonomy to continue developing their individual clinical interests.

Candidate Requirements 

• Must hold the relevant degree(s) and additional qualifications to work as a veterinarian in the United States of America (USA)
• Must hold, be in the process of, or be able to obtain, a state license for the state they are applying to work in
• Must have the right to work in the United States of America (USA), or be able to obtain the required visa to do so
